Shipping Information

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Because many of our items are unique and made to order, please note the following timelines:

  • Made-to-Order Items: These products require extra care and will be dispatched within 7 business days.

  • Standard Items: All other items are shipped the next business day.

  • Holidays: Please note that we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you bought! However, if you need to make a return, we have a specific process to ensure fairness and quality control.

1. The "Unboxing Video" Requirement

To protect both the customer and our brand against transit damage or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

  • The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits).

  • It must clearly show the date and time stamp.

  • The package seal must be broken on camera.

2. Return Conditions

  • Unused Items Only: We only accept returns for items that are in their original, unused condition.

  • Used Products: Any product showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted for a return or refund.

3. Shipping Your Return

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for initiating and mailing the return to our warehouse.

  • Shipping Reimbursement: Don’t worry—once we receive and verify the return, the shipping cost you paid to send it back to us will be refunded to you.


Refund Process

Your peace of mind is important to us.

  • Refunds will be officially issued once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (including your return shipping costs).
